DBT groups are not your traditional talk therapy. They are skills based - think of it more as a class. There are four different categories of skills that you will learn - mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal skills. This group will provide you with a toolkit of life skills to help you replace any ineffective behaviors, thought patterns or habits.
