About Me

I bring both lived experience and extensive clinical training into the room.

I’ve worked across community mental health, academic medical settings, and private practice, supporting people who are struggling with substance and eating disorders. Therapy often starts when folks realize that their current coping mechanisms - binging, purging, restriction, substance use - are no longer effective and ultimately causing more harm than relief.

I work with people who feel stuck in their heads and disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or the people around them. Many of my clients come in knowing something needs to change, but not yet knowing how to name it or where to start.

Availability: I see clients in person in New York City, and via Telehealth
