About Me

I bring both lived experience and extensive clinical training into the room.

I’ve worked across community mental health, academic medical settings, and private practice, supporting people through identity exploration, transition, relationships, eating disorders, and substance use.

I work with people who feel stuck in their heads and disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or the people around them. Many of my clients come in knowing something needs to change, but not yet knowing how to name it or where to start.

Availability: I see clients in person in New York City, and via Telehealth

A Bit About Me

Outside of therapy, I love skiing, rec softball, and cycling. I’m a big fan of all games - especially video games and I am a parent to a young toddler. I’m a native New Yorker and currently live in Harlem.

My style is relaxed and human. My office has living-room energy. I bike to work when I can, and often wear jeans and T-shirts.

I take my work seriously and care deeply about the people I work with.
